However, from what I've gathered, the rooms seem to suffer from cleanliness issues and noise disturbances, which is certainly concerning. convenient location helpful staff poor entrance worn corridor
The location was definitely convenient! the bus station was super close and the city center was a short walk away. plus, the staff was really positive and helpful. I loved that!
The entrance was kind of a mess. I had trouble finding it at first. also, the corridors and carpets looked pretty worn down. they were being refurbished so hopefully it will get better.

cold room lukewarm water
the location was acceptable considering it is right next to the central bus station.
the room was cold despite a small heater being provided. i had to wear a jumper while in bed (not a great experience). the shower barely got warm, providing only lukewarm water, disappointing.

Convenient Stay Near Transportation Hub
central location friendly staff comfortable bed
The hotel is conveniently located next to the central bus station. The reception staff was quite friendly and very helpful . I could also keep my bag in the room after checkout which helped a lot. The bed was comfortable and the room felt spacious.
